Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for customers by delivering outstanding service. You will employ effective sales strategies and possess extensive product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service that reflects our World-Class service standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and participate in promotional contests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and sales events.
  • Assist customers with specialized services such as gift wrapping, gift registries, and locating products.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, including features and advantages.
  • Accurately process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining signage and presentation standards.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including the stockroom.
  • Restock merchandise and manage inventory as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and retail sales (specialty retail preferred but not mandatory).

Can manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.

Are able to remain active on the sales floor and handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 75 pounds.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Ability to operate the point-of-sale system.

Ability to lift and move medium to large items safely.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Compensation is based on various factors such as education, experience, and location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.50-$18.50 per hour.
