Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. Your primary goal is to ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with selection of merchandise.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
