Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of innovative and specialized care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' nutritional status and develop personalized medical nutrition therapy plans.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based nutrition care plans.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients with diabetes and other medical conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field required.
  • 1 year of experience in clinical dietetics or related field required.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure required.
