Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between HMS and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement educational training programs for healthcare providers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in our programs.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare providers, helping them to navigate our systems and processes.
  • Work closely with internal departments and customers to implement programs and services that meet the needs of healthcare providers and drive business growth.
  • Perform outreach and engagement activities with healthcare providers, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with Medicaid or healthcare experience.
  • Strong analytical and customer relations skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Medical background or claims experience a plus.
  • Ability to analyze reports and identify trends that may indicate billing problems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
