Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Manager to lead our processing team at KARM Stores.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $36,000 and $44,800 per year, based on an hourly wage of $18 to $22.

Job Description
  • Lead the processing team to achieve daily and weekly production goals, ensuring quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivate and encourage team members to meet or exceed production targets.
  • Train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities
  1. Set daily goals and plan tasks according to projections and targets.
  2. Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling, coaching documentation, performance logs, and other necessary documentation.
  3. Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to address store issues, praises, employee relations, and other concerns.
  4. Livest out KARM Stores' mission and core values by leading and equipping team members.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to write legibly and clearly.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing and web browsing.
  • Able to interpret and follow instructions in written or oral form.
  • Stand for up to 100% of a standard workday.
  • Lifting and bending may be required up to 75% of a standard workday.
