Position Overview:

This role is a full-time position requiring overnight shifts. The primary responsibility is to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a range of cleaning tasks across various areas to uphold a sanitary atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards as outlined by regulatory bodies.
Essential Competencies:
  • Proficient in cleaning and disinfecting patient care and treatment areas.
  • Knowledgeable about infection control and safety protocols.
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of organizing and prioritizing cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with nursing and other departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to patients and staff.
Qualifications: No specific qualifications required or preferred.

Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Job Complexity:
  • Perform various cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols.
  • Utilize judgment and creativity to navigate challenges and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Exercise sensitivity in interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Compensation: Starting pay is based on experience, with a pay range of $18.00.
