- Direct the selection process for project teams, conducting thorough evaluations to recruit top-tier architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and specialists.
- Manage contract oversight, ensuring transparent communication and compliance with project objectives and standards across all agreements.
- Steer the design and construction phases, guaranteeing adherence to the highest quality benchmarks.
- Administer the project budget, creating comprehensive documentation to monitor all expenditures and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Oversee scheduling, maintaining a detailed Project Milestone Timeline to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, lead discussions, and keep all stakeholders updated on progress and decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in luxury residential architecture, construction, or project management, preferably with projects exceeding $10 million in contractor costs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process, capable of managing intricate projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, Docusign, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at managing diverse client relationships and effectively addressing project challenges.
- A proactive individual with high emotional intelligence, capable of leading teams and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
