Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the order entry inbox to ensure timely processing.
  • Engage with customers regarding their orders and address any inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues or questions effectively.
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers based on their requests.
  • Establish new customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle credit card transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Follow up on any pricing discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage export documentation as required.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives with the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to LEAN projects aimed at improving processes.

Compensation:
  • $20/hour
