About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for wound care to work independently in patients' homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across multiple counties. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to grow your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced wound care services to patients in their homes and SNFs, including dressing changes, debridement, and plan of care establishment.
  • Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Active professional license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an NP with a focus on wound care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
