Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team at Signia by Hilton, Atlanta. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our signature Italian cuisine, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily culinary production, including meal preparation, food quality, and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement new menus and individual food items
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams
  • Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
