We utilize interactive touch-screen kiosks and mobile solutions to deliver relevant promotions to consumers. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a reliable and organized individual to travel daily/weekly to customer locations to maintain our electronic coupon kiosks.


As a Field Service Technician Auditor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to participating retailer store associates, educating and training them as necessary, and engaging with consumers to solicit and provide feedback via surveys. You will also be required to document store visits and maintenance activity, clean kiosks on each visit, and provide photographs of kiosks at the conclusion of store visits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional communication with client store associates and team members
  • Educate and train store associates as needed
  • Engage with consumers and solicit feedback via surveys
