Job Summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is seeking a highly skilled Quality Clerk to join our team. As a Quality Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure accurate and complete billing and testing information, including patient demographics and insurance details.
  • Process phone orders from physicians and client offices, and handle payments for services.
  • Operate Medi-Cal machines, online eligibility systems, adding machines, credit card machines, and company computer systems.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, typing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Participate in and support Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives for the laboratory.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of previous medical reception experience.
  • Previous computer and phone experience preferred.
