Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at ICU Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent product defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide quality training and guidance to colleagues and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • ASQ CQE certification or the ability to obtain within one year.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
