Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment to visualize and record images of the cardiovascular system.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic tests using ultrasound equipment to visualize and record images of the cardiovascular system.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment and adhere to established guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of the division of Cardiovascular Services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • 1 year of clinical experience in ultrasound required.
  • Graduate degree in Cardiac Ultrasound and Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound, or Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Sonography, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification required.

Work Schedule

This position requires working Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Monday from 8:30am to 7:00pm. Weekend and call requirements may vary.
