Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedics team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with various orthopedic conditions. You will work closely with our surgical teams to ensure seamless transitions from surgery to recovery and rehabilitation. Your expertise will be essential in implementing evidence-based practice, promoting patient safety, and improving patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of inpatient hospital RN experience
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
