Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a thorough understanding of underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent listening and closing abilities.
- Aptitude for building relationships from scratch.

- Interest in pursuing a career in sales; prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before commencing employment is essential.
Being bilingual, particularly in English and Spanish, is a valuable asset.
