Giant Eagle Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician Coordinator to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the workflow and production for our central processing pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of pharmacy technicians working on the floor, focusing on task support and Team Member development.
- Train new pharmacy technicians and provide ongoing training and technical development to existing staff.
- Mentor pharmacy technicians to achieve and maintain the best team and individual metrics and goals.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient production.
