Job Title: Virtual Meetings Coordinator

At Feldesman Leifer LLP, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Meetings Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Events Department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate virtual meetings and events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, including speaker coordination, technical support, and event timelines.
  • Track event expenses and complete event summaries.
  • Maintain a detailed electronic filing system for all Training Department events.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving event logistics and communication processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of event planning experience, preferably in professional services or associations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
