Nursing Excellence

Responsibilities

You will lead and oversee the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift, ensuring optimal resource utilization and quality care delivery.

  • Mentor staff in areas like competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, National Patient Safety Goals, and participation in education programs.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing your skills to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate care provided by staff and coach them to improve their performance.
  • Ensure adherence to our high standard of care and facilitate timely and effective patient flow on the unit.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • An active AZ State RN license in good standing.
  • An ADN or BSN degree.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
  • Current American Heart Association PALS certification.
Compensation

Our competitive salary ranges from $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience, with additional benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, FSA matching, retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more.
