About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating departmental functions, scheduling efforts, and serving as a liaison between internal and external customers.

Job Description

The RN Clinical Coordinator will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively implement change and manage departmental budgets. This role requires independence and decision-making in high-stress situations, as well as supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate departmental functions and activities
  • Schedule and coordinate unit RNs' efforts
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
  • A minimum of two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
