Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team at MillenniumSoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of Batch Records, Laboratory Records, and Investigations, and other GMP records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the check-in and check-out of documents, ensuring that all documents are properly reviewed and stored in a secure electronic storage location.

Maintain the organization of document storage, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Draft or update procedures related to document control, ensuring that all procedures are compliant with site policies and procedures.

Maintain spreadsheets or databases to track document storage, ensuring that all documents are properly tracked and accounted for.

Manage the check-out and check-in of archived documents, ensuring that all documents are properly reviewed and stored.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required.

Experience with document control and GMP/GDP is highly desirable.

Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills.
