Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) plays a crucial role in supporting the healthcare team. You will provide direct care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and more, all while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
  • Assist in transporting patients
  • Offer companionship and basic care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
  • Assist in turning and repositioning patients
  • Gather necessary medical supplies
  • Provide bathing and grooming assistance
  • Document food and liquid intake during meals
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate
  • Respond to patient calls and requests
  • Keep accurate records of patient information
  • Ensure cleanliness of rooms and linens
  • Restock supplies as needed

Qualifications:
  • CNA Certification in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields
  • Ability to establish rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Strong teamwork skills
