Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Attend and participate in regular meetings with management and staff to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Personnel Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
    • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate regularly with management, staff, and clients to ensure that all parties are informed of ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including operational updates and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • At least six months of experience in a similar field of service preferred.
    • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Basic computer knowledge and ability, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Working Conditions

The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The ability to lift, carry, and push up to 35 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, is required. The Operations Manager will also be required to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures.
