Position Summary:


Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive support for inventory assessments and evaluations.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all necessary inventory data, records, and documentation are precise and thorough.

The objective of this initiative is to enhance inventory management processes and bolster accountability and transparency in alignment with ongoing audit requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


The following outlines the essential functions of this position, though additional tasks may be assigned as necessary:

  • Conduct on-site physical evaluations of inventory as directed, gathering essential documentation and data pertinent to the inventory strategy.
  • Perform internal inventory assessments to verify that effective inventory controls and procedures are established.
  • Identify and record any inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in the evaluation and analysis of inventory control measures.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancements to inventory management practices.
  • Prepare and finalize all necessary documentation related to site visits in accordance with applicable guidelines.
  • Engage in and document Inventory Audit interviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect operational integrity by safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Keep the consulting team informed of any issues that may affect client objectives.

Qualifications:
Experience in conducting inventory assessments is required. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and mathematical concepts is essential. Candidates must be physically fit and able to travel as needed (up to 50%).

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.

Desirable experience includes:
  • Two years of experience in supply chain processes.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be in good physical condition and capable of performing the following tasks:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 lbs during inventory activities.
  • Climb ladders or use manlifts to access inventory stored at elevated heights.
  • Work in environments that may require wearing protective masks.
  • Execute physical tasks in warehouses that may not have climate control.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates significant travel to fulfill client needs. Depending on the candidate's location, travel may be extensive.

Security Clearance:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to pass a background investigation.
