Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0589. As a Fitness Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our fitness services, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Engaging with Members

Welcome and engage with every member who enters the studio, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional experience.

Promoting Our Services

Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our fitness services to prospective members, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our studio.

Front Desk Operations

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks.

Studio Tours and Introductions

Offer guided tours of the studio, introducing members to our facilities and services, and providing a comprehensive overview of our fitness programs.

Working with Trainers

Collaborate with our trainers to ensure a seamless experience for new members, guiding them through their first Orangetheory workout and providing ongoing support.

Sales and Membership Growth

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and membership growth, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Marketing and Outreach

Participate in marketing and outreach events, promoting our studio and services to the local community, and building relationships with potential members.

Studio Maintenance

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and inviting environment for members and staff.
