Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Orlando, FL office as a Construction Engineering Manager. This role involves working on complex and rewarding projects, driving change and shaping communities through planning, design, and construction engineering of various facilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop supporting project information, including calculations, analyses, evaluations, cost estimates, report text, figures, and drawings
2. Conduct construction phase engineering tasks, such as submittal review and test data evaluation and compilation
3. Develop drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
4. Create specifications
5. Perform condition assessments and reviews of existing facilities
6. Design preliminary facilities layouts and designs
7. Maintain open communication with project team members and project managers
8. Train and mentor entry-level engineers
9. Lead Designer of Record for civil engineering discipline on multidiscipline projects

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in construction engineering
• Professional Engineering license in one or more states preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Familiarity with modeling software for site utilities and infrastructure (e.g. Bentley, Innovyze)
• Willingness to travel for job site observations and field investigations (about 25% of the time)
