Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all patrons with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, both in-person and via phone.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Guide team members during shifts to adhere to cash management and register protocols.
  • Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, including organizing opening and closing tasks.
  • Complete daily administrative duties, including cash reconciliations and deposit preparations.
  • Manage employee breaks in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on food quality, cost management, and safety throughout the shift.
  • Conduct nightly inventory assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines for team members.
  • Understand and uphold food safety and temperature standards, ensuring team adherence.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
