Accounting Manager Job Description

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are partnering with a healthcare company to hire an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations with the Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full cycle accounting and lead the close process.
  • Prepare financial statements and review the work of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams.
  • Point of contact for the annual audit process with external auditors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, including 3 years supervising staff.
  • Strong GAAP background and healthcare experience preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
