As a key member of our Integrated Fighter Group, you will apply technical expertise in developing solutions to aircraft equipment and systems installation design problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design the installation of aircraft equipment and crew station hardware, including Line Replacement Units (LRUs), Control Panels, and other cockpit systems.
  • Conduct trade studies and evaluate alternatives to optimize form, fit, and function of equipment installations.
  • Define, develop, and finalize equipment layouts and systems, including harness interfaces.
  • Create Build-to-Packages for detailed parts, assemblies, and installations.
  • Coordinate with other technical disciplines for optimized integration at the aircraft level, including producibility, maintainability, tooling, interchangeability, materials & processes, and stress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline, such as Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience with 3DX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
  • Experience creating and/or modifying drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
