Role Overview
The Retail Sales Lead plays a crucial role in driving our store's success. This individual will:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to align decisions with organizational goals and values.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to promote growth across all product categories.
  • Hold themselves and the sales team accountable for achieving personal sales targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the community to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and collaborate with management to find solutions.
  • Enhance team knowledge of products and stay informed about current offerings.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to meet objectives and utilize company resources effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to elevate performance.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • A genuine passion for people and a talent for inspiring and developing team members.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of feedback and recognition among team members.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A collaborative mindset that values teamwork and engagement.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 25 lbs.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $16 per hour.
