About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Manager to join our Customer Experience team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technology Support Supervisors and Specialists, providing 24/7 customer care and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and build a team of Technology Support Supervisors and Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Measure and analyze customer feedback, interpreting the results and implementing strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Craft and promote effective tech support and customer service strategies, collaborating with other key leaders to drive customer dedication.
  • Have hands-on involvement in the development of new products and services, evaluating and implementing technology and application needs.
  • Work to achieve the Technology Support team's quality and efficiency goals, documenting all customer interactions in company systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum two years of management experience, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Medical industry experience highly preferred.
What We Offer
