We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Current and valid New York RN License.
- Experience in Rehab/Nursing Home settings preferred.
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
- Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Skilled nursing experience.
- Valid nursing license.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Ability to explain treatments and conditions.
- Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations.
