About the Opportunity
As an Academic Acute Care and Trauma Surgeon, you will elevate patient care at EVMS's Acute Care Surgery division, specializing in trauma, emergency general surgery, and critical care. You will thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse surgical cases and the freedom to develop your own elective practice. You will shape the future of acute care surgery by working with general surgery residents and surgical critical care fellows. You will practice in a 525-bed state-of-the-art tertiary care hospital with 23 operating rooms. You will also have the opportunity to explore potential leadership positions for qualified candidates.
