Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at our Garden Grove, CA facility. As an LVN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and implement healthcare plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Communicate effectively with physicians, external medical centers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure that physician orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with diverse needs and abilities
- Current state LPN/LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills to work with team members, medical professionals, patients, and their families
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
