About the Role

iCapital is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the Data Solutions team as a Sr. Data Processor Analyst.

This role involves working with our alternative investments database, downloading, organizing, and renaming files as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-quality and accurate results.

Responsibilities

  • Work within our alternative investments database to download, organize, and rename files as needed.
  • Document management, including creating, circulating, and tracking Letters of Authorization (LOA's).
  • Create and reconcile transaction-level data in Excel.
  • Email correspondence with Fund Managers.
  • Reconcile fund portal access.
  • Automate technology process validation.
  • Escalate system and data issues to the client-facing team and/or the team lead.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications (Excel).
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential data.
  • Familiarity with financial services (helpful but not required).
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant job experience.
