Program Planner Role at ICONMA

We are seeking an experienced Program Planner to support our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Integrated Program Schedules: Create compliant schedules that accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
  • Provide Predictive Analysis: Offer time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data to support programmatic execution.
  • Ensure Commitment Tracking: Monitor and status all commitments to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare Planning Artifacts: Coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
  • Interface with Stakeholders: Collaborate with program management, senior management, and the customer as the programs planning integrator.
  • Ensure Integration and Cost Control: Verify vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
  • Develop Risk Assessment Techniques: Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline.
  • Drive Performance Improvement: Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
