We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin Rotary And Mission Systems. As a key member of our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced radar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF power amplifiers for radar applications operating at UHF, L, S, and X-Band frequencies.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and subject matter experts to design power amplifier circuits and transmitter subsystems.
  • Lead junior RF engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.
  • Conduct trade studies, perform dynamic analyses, and interact with vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems and support failure analysis and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a related Master's degree.
  • Experience with amplifiers and impedance matching networks, ADS, HFSS, CS Microwave Studio, and other RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic and transmission line theory, as well as experience with lab equipment and high-power RF testing.
  • Ability to obtain and hold a US DoD Secret Security clearance.
