Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that all employees are properly trained and certified in Del Taco's food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Del Taco's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to achieve profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to identify and execute local store marketing opportunities to attract new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events and competition to ensure that our store remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in the QSR industry or full-service concept preferred.
  • Knowledge of Del Taco's food safety standards and ServSafe certification required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and lead a diverse team.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required.
