Job Summary

Hudson Table Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef and Instructor to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. As a Chef and Instructor, you will lead our culinary team and guests through the execution of classes and events in a fun and organized way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Hudson Table's pre-existing hands-on classes
  • Lead your Kitchen Assistants in the execution of chef competitions, catered events, and chef's tables
  • Develop and prepare your own menus for on and off-site catering, or plated multi-course dining experiences live in front of our guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Culinary degree from an accredited program
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of food and kitchen safety
  • Ability to multi-task, bend, and lift pounds
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
