Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Energy Efficiency program, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, identifying and cultivating new relationships to drive program growth and efficiency.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper training and supervision of program administrative team and subcontractor documentation.
- Accomplish energy efficiency results by communicating and monitoring subcontractor expectations, developing and coordinating policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Ensure salesforce (CRM) has efficient workflow in place and assist in the resolution of issues when not working properly.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to better serve customers through the delivery of EE work.
- Supervise and assist with the daily verification, review, and approvals of EE Assessment/Upgrades projects.
- Assist with Account Management and Project Management questions and concerns as needed.
- Ensure proper processing of On-hold and Cancel letters by Project Management.
- Locate, develop, and maintain contractor relationships, which will include invoice approval, quality enforcement, process implementation, and change.
- Navigate through different incentive programs and develop efficient processes around company business models.
- Experience in residential construction and knowledge of energy efficiency programs, solutions, and best practices.
- College degree preferred.
- BPI and HERS certifications preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
- Experience and comfort level working on roofs and in confined spaces such as attics.
- Must possess a current and valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Travel to Plymouth Meeting, PA office required.
