About the Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and admitting patients, rounding checks, administering medications, and communicating with family members. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess and admit patients, performing thorough evaluations and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or compact state.
- BSN or MSN degree preferred.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.
- Experience in ICU or critical care settings preferred.
