Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lichtenfels, Germany. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, quotes, orders, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Processing: Process and document customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our systems.
- Price Calculations: Conduct independent price calculations and review purchase contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Customer Management: Manage customer-specific activities within our organization, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Data Management: Record and maintain accurate customer master data, ensuring up-to-date information for our sales and marketing teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create evaluations and statistics to support business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in direct customer service, with a strong focus on negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
