Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Direct and coordinate patient care, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in teaching and continuum of care, promoting patient education and empowerment.
- Assess and manage patient pain, utilizing evidence-based pain management techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless hand-offs and continuity of care.
- Assume on-call responsibilities and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for all new hires after 01/01/2011.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- CPR - Basic Life Support.
- CPR - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
- CPR - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Three years of experience in a similar role.
