  • Direct unresolved customer complaints to management for further assistance.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge and an understanding of store layout.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, aiming to exceed their expectations every time.
Store Operations:
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with the receipt, verification, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas.
  • Ensure that promotional displays and merchandise are presented attractively.
  • Support merchandise resets and reorganization throughout the store.
  • Assist Department Specialists with tasks such as pricing updates and special orders.
  • Ensure that all signage is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate any issues requiring attention to the General Manager.
  • Share ideas related to merchandising, cost control, or sales with management.
  • Participate actively in store meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
