Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About You
  • You have significant experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of construction operations and processes, including planning, execution, and control.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAD software.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to determine project needs, develop plans, and coordinate with subcontractors. You will also be responsible for estimating costs, ensuring the project stays on budget, supervising a team of construction professionals, providing regular updates to our senior management team and stakeholders on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
  • In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire.

The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year, plus a competitive per diem allowance. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
