Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practial Nurse LPN to join our team at Advanced Pain Management of Virginia. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Assist clinicians in reporting exam findings and diagnostic imaging results to patients.
  • Administer IV vitamin therapy, IM shots, ozone, and weight loss injections under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
  • Develop emotional connections with patients to understand their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Perform initial consultations to determine medical history, motivating factors, and functional goals.
  • Ensure all necessary services are provided to patients on the day of service.
  • Provide and ensure completion of patient paperwork.
  • Effectively educate patients about their care plan and progress.
  • Ensure patient needs are met, and care is consistent with their expressed desires.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for patients.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a nursing-related field.
  • Phlebotomy skills are a must.
  • Experience working in a private medical practice is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for results.
