KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of both off-site catering and in-house events.

  • Maintain or surpass targeted sales and profitability in all catering divisions.

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors’ offerings and pricing, utilizing findings to inform strategic planning.
  • Engage in sales activities across diverse market segments.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Participate actively in industry organizations to enhance professional connections.
  • Conduct site inspections and present to potential clients.
  • Engage in trade shows and promotional events to showcase services.
  • Involve in community initiatives to foster local awareness and create booking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative setups, menus, and event functions.
  • Ensure the execution of all catering orders and be present during events to guarantee quality service.
  • Possess a strong proficiency in catering software and applications, particularly Gather, Word, and Excel.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for work.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
