Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain guest services to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintenance
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales and service professionals
  • Analyze business trends and develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a minimum of 5 days, including weekends
