About the Role

Kelly is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality therapy services to students in K-12 general education settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Screenings, Assessments, and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students using standardized tests and assessment tools.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and incorporating student feedback.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into daily activities, ensuring seamless support for students.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation as per federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and school policies.
