Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Technician to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. As a Senior Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our project teams, including design and drafting, site inspections, and testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to project teams, including design and drafting, site inspections, and testing and commissioning.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and implement project designs.
  3. Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  5. Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of success in technical support and project management.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
